We are what we measure. What are you measuring?

Updated: Oct 15, 2020

The Twentieth Century, remember that?

Me neither. So they measured GDP, productivity, profit, units of production.

Wait, Im an Architect not a unit of production!

So back to the Twenty First Century, do we have different metrics?

Some countries like New Zealand are moving from GDP to a Happiness Index. Wealth is not the key measurement anymore. Im sure it was not the key measurement for Architects ever.

So we have our Xero, Quickbooks and such to take care of the money. Whats taking care of your overview of the practice? How many jobs, how many finished, how many at each stage of your process?

What is your process? Does the whole team know?

Would that information be useful?

Subscribe to get an invite to the launch. Exciting!
